Built by people who've used this gear
Every person answering the phone has spent a night in the tents we sell and returned a pack that didn't fit. You won't be reading from a manual you could've read yourself.
Real answers, not a script
If we don't know, we'll say so and find out. If the gear you ordered isn't the right call for your trip, we'll tell you before you open the box.
